Full-Time Successfactors Project Manager (Hybrid) - Base Camp

We are offering Successfactors Project Manager job in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. What's on offer: * Open to perm or contract * Able to explain high level plan in detail * Must be PMP certified * Successfactors experience preferred (EC, Payroll and Timetracking) * Location: Malaysia Responsibilities: * Leads the planning, executing and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and roll outs. * Lead from front on Business Process set-up workshop by demonstrating domain/industry experience on best practices. * Experience in leading the technical delivery of the SuccessFactors module(s), including all activities within the project delivery lifecycle * Stakeholder Communication - Maintaining effective communication with all project stakeholders * Scope Management - Managing changes to the project scope and assessing their impacts * Quality Assurance - Overseeing the quality of project deliverables and ensuring that they meet the agreed-upon standards. * Project Execution - Coordinating and supervising the work of the project team, assigning tasks, and ensuring that project activities are progressing as planned. * Issue Resolution - Addressing and resolving project issues that may arise during the implementation, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives. * Reporting - Providing regular status updates to project stakeholders and senior management, including progress reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and any deviations from the original plan. * Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors' product-suite, including professional certifications. Assist with coaching and developing consultants and growing the SAP SuccessFactors capability.
