Has anyone started a new job lately

Well the name says it all, have you started a new job lately. As l have mentioned in some of my blogs l decide to go back to the shirt and tie program.........Yep you know what l mean..............when you arrive they all look at you and see what your wearing. Spend more time talking about last nite TV show's and all the gossip l have zero desire to hear about. This is my second week there. all did was get my self up to speed and looked for all the leaks in the organization..........Decide to over the best leak they have the websites. Looked over the financial statements so l knew how much it cost per month. Then took the formulas of how much it cost us per hit then per lead then per sale ratio..............I noticed our cost factor on PPC was very high as well as some other areas that really stood out. The owner was passing by l called him into my office and said l like to share some informtion with you. He had no idea what l was talking about when l mentioned words like KEY WORDS, PPC, METAL TAGS, SPIDER CRAWLS. Then we l broke it down to his language $$$$ he understood. Next thing l know l am in the office with him and his General Manager which is a she....She looks at me and says no we have not really being updating or keeping on top of our site like we should be.................Wow he starts to shoot out numbers as in $$$$ it's cost him..........I just want to leave that office............Looks have a way of speaking very loud.....!!! I looked at her and l took over the conversation and said to him that you know what l can take this and make it all work out and you know sir she has a lot on here plate.....blah, blah, blah..........Guess what l just created a new job with an increase in pay..............He looked at me and said l want you to look over this from now on.............I said that is great but we need to work the numbers out sir.............he knew what l meant............ The moral of this story is there is always a WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITITY IN LIFE "
