Principle Consultant (Employee Central) Job in Singapore

Functions as a key resource for customers and leads implementation teams. Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on Success Factors' products to customers. Ensures successful implementation of the SuccessFactors' product. What's on offer ● Perm role ● Industry: Consulting ● Competitive package ● Location: Singapore, Central Required Qualifications: ● Bachelor's Degree in business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a related relevant field. ● Certification in SuccessFactors module. (Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred) ● Minimum 5 year of experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and Employee Central (include Time Off) implementation ● At least 5 Full implementation experiences on SuccessFactors Employee Central Module. ● Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role. ● Other Professional SuccessFactors module certifications will also be considered (Onboarding, Compensation, People Analytics etc.) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): ● In depth understanding of HR and Payroll functions and business processes. ● Expert in implementation of SuccessFactors modules. ● Advance knowledge with SAP and SuccessFactors Integration. ● Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to compliment system consulting. ● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products. ● Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations. ● Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients to build relationships. ● Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations. ● Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers while inspiring and motivating others. ● Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team, deploying the features and functions of SuccessFactors products as outlined in the Statement of Work. ● Ability to create and deliver presentations. ● Ability to manage time and multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail. ● Ability to work in teams and independently. ● Assembles and develops talent by creating a challenging and rewarding work environment. ● Strong organizational, planning and management skills. ● Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations by keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda. ● Excellent written and oral communication skills; attentively listens and shares knowledge/expertise. ● Able to coach and train others to perform in the same expertise.
