Job Summary:
The scope includes sales, administrative and documentation support to the business development team. Generate new leads, business quotation, invoices and administrative operations. Engaging internal stakeholders and partners for marketing initiatives and efforts. In this role, the candidate will work closely with our business development team and our partners to drive branding awareness - identifying quality leads for the organisation.
Job Description:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue generation.
* Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster business development opportunities.
* Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
* Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to represent the company and promote its products and services.
* Prepare and present reports on business development and marketing activities to senior management.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the benefits and features of our products/services.
* Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company goals.
* Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.
* Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into sales performance and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
Job Requirement:
* At least 2-3 years corporate sales experience in IT industry
* Minimum degree in IT/ Business or any related field
* Cloud experience is a PLUS
Other additional/desirable experience:
* Meticulous and detail-oriented
* Responsible for following-up and completing the task whenever it has been assigned.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Great communication and interpersonal skills with high adaptability and positive attitude.
