Same here I was listed #1 on the search engines with youtube Mailer and I returned everyones money. You really have to be careful these days and it holds true if it sounds to good to be true Caution.
There is alot of junk sold on clickbank also and its total trash
I really do not like click bank and every thing I bought there was total trash.

If its thesame person that did youtube mailer then it definatly will not work.
There are lots of reports of the guy being disreputable to put it as politly as I can.
I also know the youtube mailer does not (did not ?)work as I suckered into it and tried it.
I also read reports that legal action was going to be taken by Google and MSN for the Google/yahoo/MSN mailer this same person produced but do not know the outcome of that.

Its the same folks that did the youtube mailer and the stuff does not work. I don't know if the Youtube mailer is around anymore. But its Junk and does not work

No Terms of service
No privacy policy
no information on who these people are
How do these people get access to paypal data base?
Final point anyone sending ads to my paypal address are automatically reported for spam. It is for paypal business NOT receiving ads.

Is this program owned and managed by PayPal, and if not how do you access the paypal addresses to send ads too ?
I'm sorry but without further information on the sources of the "paypal members" i can't help but think this is some sort of scam.
