How fruitful is to get PR from Australia?

Is Australia is best for job aspirant specially for skilled worker who have enough experience in India to get better compensation in foreign countries. Is it worth to spent 5 years abroad and earn some bucks and what about the after life of a candidate if he/she will decide to not continue their service in abroad.
