Optimizing Critical CSS For Speed
Client is looking to implement critical path / asynchronous CSS to improve speed, which is a good thing.
However, they're worried about the resulting Flash Of Un-styled Content / Flicker effect.
A generally accepted work around seems to be hiding the body on page-load (visibility: hidden or similar), then displaying all once loaded.
Would Google be annoyed by hiding body content during page load? Good idea / bad idea?
