Customer Success Manager What's on the offer * Permanent Role * Interesting Benefits Package * Industry : Global Payment Company * Location : Kuala Lumpur (On-Site) Responsibilities include: * Drive contract negotiation and collaborate with Sales team on Mobile Payment Partner on-boarding * Effectively collaborate across multiple internal teams, including marketing, LCAP, product and other operation support teams, identify gaps and align with internal team to find best solutions * Engage in corridor management and operation mechanism improvement * Provide necessary support to maintain partner relationship * Ensure the successful implementation of products and services Requirements * 3 years and above experience in payment industry and familiar with payment channel is a plus * Strong experience in client facing roles with business negotiation and partner support * Excellent team player, strong capability of cross function teams collaboration and communication * Able to adapt in a fast-pacing environment and rapidly changing market * Proficient in English and Mandarin in both writing and speaking.
