I do not mean to pop your bubble but there is no such thing as easy money!  You can put alot into to a program to get a great one time payback but after that you are on the down slide.  If you think that making it big is an over night thing think again.  You need to build a solid foundation before you can begin to build a building, crop (aka the forest), what ever it may be.  Sometimes you have to shake that foundation to get into that building or have some of the fruits of the tree.  Don't shake too hard though as you will rip the roots right out.  It is clear in my mind how the foundation is laided but do you know?
