Laffs At The Guinness Party Last Night! Is Your Work Fun?
My business involves a lot of what I call "Warm Body" networking and one of the funnest ways to do that is to attend events such as The Guinness Believer Event as I did last night...
Since they usually have these events in first class locations, such as hotels and theaters ect., I was surprised that they chose to have this one at 30th St. Station in Philly... They simply curtained off a whole section of the train station, (Big Bucks at Work, here!) hung the banners and logos, and set up their absolutely ROCKIN' sound system, wet bars, and opened up the gates...
Although waiting on queue is a slight pain for others, I use the opportunity to check out members of the crowd. Since we all belong to the 1759 Society, I expect to see some familiar faces among the throng of newbies that seem to be signing up every day... When I spotted these two particular guys, I knew the night was gonna be a whole lot of fun!
Guy number one is a completely funny psychopath, one of the only guys I know who has been flagged at his own sister's wedding! (Go figure) and Guy number two is his smart-a8ssed sidekick...
These dudes work on opposite sides of the globe, so when they get together, they like to have as much fun as possible...
When they spotted me, it was a loud "Hey It's The Dude In Black!" noting my style of dress, "Welcome to the "Hurl After" Party!"... At this moment there were 100 or so people in line, and they all turned around and looked at me...I just rolled my eyes upward and shook my head, 'cuz I knew the was no way to stop these guys...
When the Guiness Girls (15 of the most Gorgeous Women, I've ever seen!) came out and started checking ID's and admitting people into the area, These two Idiots asked each and every one of them, "Do Ya Wanna Marry Me?", which cracked up the crowd, and me, too...
They attacked the buffet like two of those "Hungry, Hungry Hippo" toys come to life, and inhaled the beer like thirsty Wet-Vacs on a rampage...
And all of this was only the beginning!:)
You can imagine what two hours of fun, excellent beer and great food, plus good looking ladies, can do for hard working businessman like me... Toss in a couple of good natured loud-mouths and the result is, I woke up laughing out loud this morning!:)
So what about you, Family, is your work fun? Do you get out and meet new people? Are there a couple of people in your life that simply exist to make you LOL as much as possible?
Oh, by the way, did you know that there are 150 MILLION Pints of Guinness consumed worldwide, every single day? How's that for a successful product?
Join me in the 1759 Society! It's free and a whole lotta fun, too!

At 125 calories per pint-- Guinness is among the lightest of stouts. It's miracle that it isn't heavier than most Pilsner beers....
Now if you wanna get chubby, try drinking Belgian stouts and Browns! :)

I'm very partial to a drop of the old Black Liquid Gold stuff! iut is very healthy stuff - loaded with iron - so it is a sort of medicinal end to a working day. Limit 1 pint as it is very moreish - especially round the waist!
dont forget though that this International drink is Strictly Irish and real Irish draught guiness tastes like nothing on earth. Like the stuff you get abroad - but pure velvet.
Black Velvet is Guinness and Champagne and poor man's Black Velvet is Guinness and Cider. Bo

BTW: Guinness is consumed World Wide and in practically all countries!
1759 Society parties are free for all members and they are a great way to network for your business... You may even get on other lists as a result- and this is a very good thing, especially if your products and services translate well in an offline environment...
