What's It, A Cycle Lacking Pedals?

So my dog and I was walking in the park one day, and what did I see? I noticed a father and his son operating a bike. But this bike did not look like any cycle that I'd actually seen. It did not even have any pedals! As I got nearer, I discovered the child was just three old. That is fairly young to be riding a cycle. So I asked the dad what it was and and exactly why it didn't have pedals. The father said that it was a KinderBike balance bike. I needed to check that one out.
