Best Techique
What suggestions would be best to use when someone joins free, to encourage them to
upgrade , especially after you send a welcome message and never even get a response ?

I have the same experience with not getting a response from welcome messages. Even when I only suggest they add their IDs to the programs in the downline builder, and invite them to go to the conferences, I got no response.
I think when you try to explain even a little about the program, they just get overwhelmed and do nothing.
