Cameras are being used to catch transit violations in South America is fast becoming the status quo. Many people agree with the new enforcement strategies by the government to reduce accidents, but not everyone agrees. In the city of Envigado in Medellin Colombia, this strategy hasn't gone into effect yet because the administration hasn't approved it, but with mayoral elections coming up soon, this may change.
