Job Description:
* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
* Identify and engage with potential enterprise customers and build long-lasting relationships.
* Develop and execute against an assigned quota and territory plan.
* Prospect, forecast, build and maintain a sales pipeline with assigned Sales Development Representatives.
* Formulating a compelling annual plan, enabling a culture of execution to drive new customer acquisition, expanding existing ones and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts.
* Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings.
* Cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success and HR.
* Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress towards targets.
Job Responsibilities:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
* Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM software.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners/customers.
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
