Anyone use adwords to promote their eBook?

I haven't explored this part of selling eBooks online but I am thinking about it because it seems the quickest way to immediate results. Blogging can help but sometimes you have to write several blog posts to see results. Would love to hear from anyone who uses pay per click to promote their ebook
