Question on Website Builder

I need to make a good website and would like advise were to find one were I can take my apsense site update it connect it to my own site with my own domain and not pay much but can upgrade as time goes forward and maybe I make some money? I'm very dedicated and just need that little help to get my own site in the search engines etc. Robert Hebel
