Our school speaker told us a story about a motorcycle driver with his 2 kids. A traffic officer caught them early morning seeing the kids without a helmet on. He apprehend them and asked the father if he loved himself more than he love his kids. The father quickly answered, "Of course, I love them more than I love myself". The traffic officer replied, "Then how come you're the one wearing the helmet not them!" The father was silent and knew it was true. The traffic officer made him realized that his kids safety is important. (Based on a true story from Cebu, Philippines)
