Performing Surveillance in Costa Rica
Administering surveillance in Costa Rica presents obstacles not faced by private investigators in the United States. When a client calls and wants a surveillance here in Costa Rica I try to give them sensible expectations on the results of such a surveillance. Unlike the United States where private investigators can have enough time to capture indiscretions, here we oftentimes have less than a week. In some circumstances even less time. Surveillance is being in the right place at the right time and to subtly capture the indiscretion on video. That means that the target can not know they are being watch or their actions are being recorded
