Husky to acquire leading medical and closure mold maker Schöttli

Husky Injection Molding Systems today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Schöttli Group of Diessenhofen, Switzerland, recognized as a global leader in medical and closure mold making. The sale is expected to close in early December.
