She is hysterical as she explains her situation to the dispatcher: "They've stolen the stereo, the steering wheel, the brake pedal and even the accelerator!" she cries. The dispatcher replies reassuringly, "Don't worry, ma'am. An officer is on his way." A few minutes later, the dispatched officer calls in. "Disregard." He says.
