SMS or text messaging is not new and yet still is not being used to full effect; except perhaps in the area of unsolicited marketing, where it is being used too much, so when I found this site it was a pleasant surprise. It is full of great ideas about how to use SMS to improve your company, many of them being totally new to me. All in all worth a visit.
