Day old Spaghetti
I made spaghetti last night for dinner. Whenever I make spaghetti I make a big pot of it. I also don't mess with canned spaghetti sauce nothing but homemade for me. Today as I was eating my breakfast of cold spaghetti with chicken sauce I realized that no matter when I've made spaghetti, it's always better the second day. Most foods loss something overnight in the fridge. So I thought I'd ask what food do you think is better the second day?

The was a chicken cooking contest in 2006-- a lady won a helluva prize purse for a chicken salad sandwich... Fishie you won't believe the kind of stuff that people win money for... even Leftovers have contests! :)

one of my next day favorites is Chicken Salad. Any kind of chicken salad is better the next day. It seems the ingredients just kind of marinate when given an extra day to mingle.

Just about anything cam make a good second day meal, but hamburgers and pasta always come to mind when i need to have that second day snack! :)
