Seafood Marinate
2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 bay leaves
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup mustard
2 whole garlic cloves
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2
tbs tabasco or other pepper sauce
In a medium sauce pan bring all ingredient to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 2 minutes. Allow mixture to cool and remove garlic and bay leaf. Marinate your sea food for about 15 minutes then grill. For more flavor you can use the marinate to baste the food as it grills. This is great white any white flesh fish filet, shrimp, or as a steaming liquid for clams and mussels

Thanks for the tip Jeff. I'll have to try that with pork tenderloin!

If you switch the white vinegar in your fine recipe to Balsamic or apple cider, you'll have a perfect marinade/ glaze for Lamb chops, or pork tenderloin! :)
That's what I love about cooking! It's Magic! :)
