Modutek Corporation, a manufacturer works in custom wet process equipment for various industries, was chosen to provide equipment for Michigan State University's Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) project. The machinery Modutek will supply is a precision cleaning tool for superconducting radiofrequency resonators, that are the important parts of FRIB's linear accelerator (known as LINAC).
