AVOID HIGH ALTITUDE ILLNESS

Consume more water than normal. Combing high elevation with physical exertion suggests you should drink water prior to you get thirsty. Note! We stated WATER folks.
Consume food high in carbohydrates. Grains, pasta, fruits and vegetables are all great for you prior to you attacked the inclines as well as attempt to avoid salted foods when you can.
