HOW DO WE ACTUALLY SELL SOMETHING HERE?

It is great to have Internet Marketers by 1000s here on Apsense, all OFFERING a variety of opportunities TO SELL. However, it must be experience of majority of them that HARDLY ANYBODY BUYS...........99% only want to sell! What is it that really sells here? WHO actually BUYS something from others?
