"Good Luck!" Aren't You Curious About This Inter- Cultural Belief? Read On...

Do you consider yourself a lucky person? I mean, have you had a lot of fortunate moments, like finding money and/or being in "The right place" at "The right time", and/or the uncanny ability to win at betting, time after time, you know, stuff like that... We either are like that, or know someone like that, or we are always trying to BECOME like that! LOL!:) I've always been curious about this phenomenon called "Luck", and that's not just me... This belief seems to be a part of the daily lives of Human Beings all over the world... From societies that have lived on islands and in remote areas since they came onto Existance, all the way to modern city dwelling societies, with all their trappings... Now then, I always feel that there's got to be something of substance to a thing, especially when millions of people need it, want it, look for it, wish it for others, try to buy it, try to sell it, pray for it, or cast spells for it... Even make love for it! (Hmmm... that NEVER gets old!:) ) Some people even consider other types of Humans, (Other than their own type) to be lucky, resulting in some really strange relationship behaviors... I know people who will only date certain people from certain cultures, simply because they consider them to be lucky! Then there are, of course, those people who consider themselve to be, profoundly, the "Unluckiest So and So" on Planet Earth, and they have many scars to prove it... I also know that most people will try to avoid these types at all costs, and that some people are ATTRACTED to them, all the same! Considering the known fact that most of us crave "Good Luck", it's an oddity that has a basis in real Life, some of us have found...
