Is the result of the Google PageSpeed testing tool accurate?

I set up a CDN acceleration for our company website. The page speed is fast when I visit my website, but I test it at Google PageSpeed, the homepage score is 65 for desktop, 32 for the mobile device. I just wonder if this score takes the CDN acceleration into consideration?
