The job profile includes working on end-to-end recruitment for various levels (Junior/Middle/Senior) along with other generalist activities.
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle.
Sound understanding of recruitment best practice tools, portals, and methodologies.
Talk to the candidates and arrange for the interviews.
Maintaining pool of quality candidates.
Looking after complete administrative day to day activities.
Able to manage vendors associated with us.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills and has experience in recruitment/hiring
