Same here. Sometimes I use organic sugar for baking.I have never baked with stevia so far.
I wonder how well stevia does in baking... I'll have to find out sometime.
I don't use a lot of sweeteners but I have consumed products that contain stevia. Most of the products produced by the company in which I am an associate, are sweetened with stevia.
