Fad Diet Does Not Actually Work
What do you mean by FAD diet? FAD diet is a regimen adopted to drastically cut down on calories to achieve weight loss that practically on a long run is not healthy nor works out.
All the necessary nutrients required by the body have to be taken in a balanced portion as per calorie and body requirement. Fasting is not the answer. Restricting from over eating any ingredient is the key to achieving a healthy slim body.
Diet, exercise and positive attitude go hand in hand. FAD diet does cause health problems.
