Traffic exchange and page surfing can also be addicting

I have been doing this traffic exchange and surfing ads or pages, with at least twenty or more programs and some days I just can't stop I am really into it and some even are like games or contests. Some days I don't even care about the credits sometimes I just like to surf and find more opportunities and at the same time earn. I can spend hours doing the the traffic exchange and surfing I do get traffic to my website as well, which is nice. I have followed through and checked on this to verify and it does work but you have to make sure your page has something of interest or something to catch the surfers attention. I have clicked on quite a few pages while doing the surfing and found some real helpful and useful sites as well.
