This great, I can use some recipes for my health. Lots of foods, but it is hard, when they reduce fat, they increase either sugar or salt. I also have to avoid extra sodium and sugar because I also have hypothyroidism. The market is brainwashing us with confusing messages on foods. I think it is mostly for the market to sell that product. Some labels when comparing, just check the Kraft cheese sliced, the light one with regular, you will see what I mean.
