If you have been to Kauai, you may have wondered why there are so many chickens running around They seem to be everywhere and are a common part of life in Kauai. These chickens are at the airport, at shopping centers, at the golf course, at gas stations, in the woods, at the beahc and even in the KFC parking lot! If you fly in at night, you don’t have to worry, you won’t miss experiencing the chickens. Kauai chickens seem to have NO internal alarm clock and you will hear them crow 24 hours a day! But why?
