Fathers Cry for help. Please pass On

My son David 3 is in Topeka Ks., and I' am in Green Bay Wis. This is my heart felt cry for help. I know there are people in the world hurting everyday and some worse than others. My plea for help is no different than other people who need help but I do need some help. I'm a Veteran who has been fighting disability for almost 3 years now.
