We are still planning o n carrying out this project its just taking us a lot longer than we would like because we are having issues building a team of develops in the blockchain community that will help us. Because of US law we cannot launch an ICO until after the entire platform and currency is created, else they will consider the ICO a security investment rather than a currency. Its tricky business doing ICO stuff from the USA right now.
