What We can do to close more Transactions is follow through on the type of financing that is specific to our endeavors. If for example you prefer to buy paper, where the transaction requires Promissory Notes to close; this is a good way to compete with Banks and get access to deals they would normally have. However in this group I need you to help me by specifying which types of Promissory Notes you would like to purchase. Some Transactions may include more than one parcel of land, and these are huge Notes sometimes up to a minimum of $25million USD.
