This note has {more -than- one} property, in a single transaction and requires what's called a "PORTFOLIO LENDER". Part of the reason for creating this network is so that --->WE<----the network can become--->that<---Lender. tttt                                                    ttttt         This Network looks for deals that include mult-family and Commercial Real Estate, Where the buyer may be using creative financing techniques to close the transaction.  But at the same time, the seller is selling more than one parcel.  There may be as many as fifteen to thirty parcels involved in the same transaction.
