I find few that admit to being scammed, lose face as we say over here (Asia). Most that have been scammed are likely to be scammed again. A professional can put up 15 new sites per day, certainly a scammer is can do as much.

not sure I've seen that often, Dr Don. I think many people admit they've been scammed but now know better. Do they? If they did know better, why would there be new scams just about every week?

Same goes for those that claim that they have never been scammed

So true, still, people feel ashamed to show these traits
