Generative architectural design is a key element in preconstruction for present-day AEC projects. Preserving its true significance through BIM offers key stakeholders the ability to collaborate and integrate information in a single 3D model. Identifying and resolving trade ambiguities in the model reduces the need to produce expensive change orders or RFI’s, produce accurate project documentation and mitigate project delays.
