Conserving The Creativity Of Architectural Design With 3D BIM Modeling

Generative architectural design is a key element in preconstruction for present-day AEC projects. Preserving its true significance through BIM offers key stakeholders the ability to collaborate and integrate information in a single 3D model. Identifying and resolving trade ambiguities in the model reduces the need to produce expensive change orders or RFI’s, produce accurate project documentation and mitigate project delays. The following use-case focuses on 3D BIM modeling being utilized for a public park project in California, USA to achieve client requirements whilst upholding the true essence of modern architecture.
