Much better. I love the graphics especially right at the top. I agree with Eric regarding the titles. FYI, you have a broken link in Step # 6. Good job. Can you show proof-of-payment?

Perhaps instead of linking to you articles as #1, #2, #3 etc, try using the article title. Search Engines prefer this method.
