Helo Everyone!

My name is Shelia. I live in a small town in the Northwest corner of Alabama called Leighton. We have one redl light, Ha! Ha! I am a stay at home mom but I have a contract with a hospital in a neighboring town and work as a medical transcriptionist. In between typing reports I am a member of several paid to click/read sites and some other programs to make extra money. In the next few days I will be letting you know about theses different sites.
