CA Labor Laws: Employers And CA Paid Sick Leave Law

Back in July 2015, Governor Jerry Brown signed Assembly Bill 304, which amended the existing Healthy Workplaces, Healthy Families Act of 2014, also known as the Paid Sick Leave Law. In response to this change in the CA labor laws, Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) updated their FAQ list that had been first posted in February 2015.
