Hi everyone! Did you know that the human body is 60-65% water? Water is an essential nutrient for survival; it is recommended that we consume 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, stay hydrated for good health! So...whatever your plans this weekend, remember to pack some water and stay hydrated. If you feel thirsty, it's too late...you are already dehydrated! Yours in good health, Bob
