Actually it is true. Sometimes website owners, so eager to get prospects inside their programs forget to invest on simple & effective ways to simplify explanations of the compensation plans. Often mislead people on their interpretation too.
See for example, the case of the most respected STIFORP, that states: "ÿou can earn $2047 without reffering a single person".
We both know, spillover can take years to happen on this, But many people don't.
