Yes there are paying traffic exchanges, but of the ones that claim you will earn from surfing, very few can pay you from that alone. It takes a while to earn the payout amount, and usually even that only happens after a couple of bonuses. But truth is most of those guys pay.
The only Traffic Exchange that ever paid me is Top Surfer and that amounted to several thousand dollars. The advantage is they give us 100% commission on selling upgrades, then the admin does all the selling for us. All I have ever done is bring in free members.
