What do you consider a REAL business?

The net is full of automatic money makers-how's that worked for you? It has never worked for me. Real Time Pain Relief is an awesome REAL business. Yes you can sell online and use it to grow an offline business as well. They provide excellent training, an excellent product (it is so good no autoship is required because it sells so well!) and excellent tools to grow your business. So, what do you consider a REAL business?
