Te's do work Vps And many can agree on that for sure, of course they do take time , but for those who dont have the money to buy traffic or the knowledge to do seo its better then nothing dont you think ?
Also before joining any te's people should visit alexa and view their alexa ranking. If the traffic is poor just dont join that te.
