Have you ever heard of a "Barraquito"? This is a typical coffee from the Canary Islands. Tour company Club Canary, which is based on the island of Tenerife, has written a great recipe about this delicious coffee!

Hi Roy,
Your recipe says I need one cup of espresso. Can you please tell me if it needs to be brewed in a coffee machine or can it be made manually? Or is there no difference?
