PayBux.com is this a safe PTC site?

Hello everybody, I was wondering if some of the PTC sites I have joined are safe to use and that you actually get money from using them. Please share your experiences with me. The first PTC site I am wondering about is PayBux, which I have given a link to below. I am a newbie to Internet Marketing and to PTC, so I sure could use some advices from you all.
